Trip In Pictures

I had a complaint.  Not a serious one, but one that did make me feel slightly bad.  Only slightly, though.

However, the end result is a post of only pictures.  Starting in Moscow.

The street we took from Sheremetyevo Airport to our hotel.

Enjoying the hot tub....making beards.
Lots of old men shoveling off their roofs....thick layers of ice under the few inches of snow.
Street leading to the Vlad Motor Inn...our home away from home.
Ceiling in the clinic where we had our medicals done.  At least there was neat stuff to look at....
Mosaic floor in the clinic.
Steps by the train station.
Street in downtown Vlad.
Outdoor market.  The fish looks a little more appetizing frozen than it did in September when it had flies/bees swarming it.
People watching while waiting on the train...which we missed.

There you have it.  Our first few days in pictures.  Nothing too exciting.  I'd love to show you some pics of our new little guy, but unfortunately you'll have to wait a couple weeks for that yet.  First of all, we haven't even seen him on this trip....and second of all, you can't see pictures of him until the ten day wait is up and he is officially our son.  Sorry about that.

Today it is even colder than it was yesterday.  Currently, at 1:20PM it is 1*F.  It's supposed to make it all the way to 6* today.  The sun is shining...but we are lounging in our room rather than freezing in the great outdoors.

Chicken is cooking on the stove for supper, the children are napping, Dad went to the exercise room to attempt to fix a machine that was broken 2 1/2 years ago when we were here.  Jason and Mom are reading.

If I am extremely energetic tonight you may get another post...though it will be boring as nothing adventerous is taking place today.

Until then....have a great night's sleep!!!
