I was out all day and when I checked my e-mail tonight I found out that the information stating that Russia had suspended all adoptions was false. That rumor was started by a disgruntled Russian reporter who passed it on to some reporters in the US. Our agency has talked to the Ministry of Education in Russia (the central authority for orphans) and they have affirmed that adoptions are still taking place. They are planning to come up with a treaty that both countries will sign and adhere to, but at this point all is continuing as it has been!
Praise the Lord!!!! Do continue praying as this process has multitudes of mountaintops and valleys.....
